Locally, we’re seeing more inventory and more demand…
Aka: more homes on the market and more buyers buying.
Lots of listings are receiving multiple offers, but buyers aren’t offering crazyoverasking prices.
Thank goodness.
Georgetown is always 3-4 months behind Austin’s market trend, so I expect to start seeing multiple offer situations in April here.
2024 is going to be a great year to buy and sell.
And I predict that 2025 is going to be a year of double digit gains in appreciation…so this is your year to buy if you want a good price!
