I don’t hate Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com – I love that they push my listings out to the public.
BUT – if you’re using their mortgage calculator…
You’re probably being misled.
If you’re browsing homes and think you’ll move this year, do yourself a HUGE favor and talk to a local lender.
You’ll need a pre-approval letter, anyway, when it’s time to make an offer on a house.
So don’t put this step off!
