Walking Saves Me

Walking is my therapy.

I walk almost every day. Sometimes with my dogs and sometimes without.

Depends on how badly I need to clear my head.

The rhythm soothes my anxiety.

Seeing the green trees against the blue sky boosts my serotonin.

Getting out of my phone and into nature, just by walking out my front door, instantly changes my perspective.

I miss living in Old Town Georgetown – where I could walk to and around the square anytime I wanted.

I love seeing quaint houses and different people on my walks!

Do you have a favorite place to walk? Where is it?
